3. They need to do some general improvements which are probably on hold because who is paying $300 for a room in Baltimore anymore? However, you can never complain about service here, unless that is, you're sitting in your room griping about it and not letting them know.

5. We could not get the room above 68 degrees( it was chilly and damp out) and finally called the maintenance and he said the heat was turned off because people at a party complained it was too hot.
