2. My opinion of Baltimore could have been so negative based on first impressions at the 'other' hotel, but after moving over to this hotel, I was truly able to experience Baltimore at it's best and I thank everyone at the IC Hotel Baltimore Harbor, for making this the best trip ever.

3. Among the negatives - and keep in mind that we paid more than $300 for the night which I had booked as a romantic night away from home in DC - are that we booked the romantic package which comes with a bottle of champagne upon check-in, a free movie, and 'breakfast in bed' which is really a $50 credit for room service.

4. Really only negative thing is the hotel decor is a bit dated and the air conditioning is asthmatic - I needed to leave it on all the time, even though the maids kept turning it off, for it to cool the room by bed-time.
