1. It was so bad on day two that they credited our account $100 for the two days of poor service we had on the breakfast dining.

5. They upgraded us to harbor view rooms, unfortunately the center vision panel in my room had a bad seal, so it was pretty much opaque.

9. Had a pretty bad nights sleep from the temp and when I said something to the front desk on checkout they said they would have someone look into it, when I pressed them a little they admitted that the hotel hadnt run their Central AC that night because it was 'chilly' outside.
