1. I always read the poor reviews first when deciding where to stay with the family.

4. Great for families, but expensive for what it is, couldn't recommend for couples and it put us off staying at another Disney resort, there are just too many better hotels that great value - but if you want the full Disney experience and don't mind the poor value; you should love it.

5. The poor rating is due to the management issue it does not really reflect the good size rooms the day to day staff and the view overlooking the animals which was all fantastic.
