7. -Nowhere near as many toiletries, not even any shower gel or bubble bath-No shelf in the bath area for your products - the Beach Club had two- Only one central bedside table at the AKL, the Beach Club had them at the other side of the bed too- As mentioned previously, the bedside lights didn't dim like at the Beach Club, this was essential if you wanted to read when sharing the room with a small child- Clock radio didn't light up so couldn't see the time during the nightIn my opinion, our worst mistake (aside from splitting our stay and leaving the Beach Club in the first place) was paying extra for a Savannah View room.

9. We made the mistake of ordering an expensive room service breakfast the first morning so we could eat and watch the savannah, but they don't seem to be out then, so if you want to have a meal and watch the animals, aim for a late lunch.

10. Did i mention I was 'upgraded' to the Lodge from the Port Orleans Riverside? Biggest mistake I made was accepting the upgrae.
