2. Basically it's one massive self service carvery and although you have a waiter they are there purely to bring you your drinks and clear away the dirty dishes you rapidly acquire as you return to the buffet.

4. Were without bathroom light for 36 hours when there are 4 people in room this is a big problem requested extra hangers on two occassions they never arrived, coffee was never replaced and cups put back on machine dirty,only received turn down service five nights of our stay.
