1. The problem here was the lack of supervision.

2. Next morning, cast member didn't handle it very well, showing no compassion or understanding after our lack of sleep, offering to try and fix, but nothing else (and the 'fix' wasn't effective, still noisy the 2nd night).

3. All in all, we likely wont come back due to the lack of excitement we had at the parks (wrong time to go, extremely crowded, hot) as well as the high price tag.

5. It wreaks of cleaning solution masking what I think is urine, the sheets and pillows are sub par, the bed creaks, the bathroom is small and has hair in it, attention to detail is lacking in the hallways and rooms, there are no screens on the windows and the vending machines don't sell water.

6. My only criticisms are the lack of protein in the morning (cheese and nuts would have been appreciated) and the water was really awkward to pour out of the large Evian bottles.

7. Seeing the animals outside your balcony is very cool, but I prefer the whole Disney experience, which I thought was lacking some in the hotel.

10. This property really lacked the Disney feel and hospitality, this was our third trip to WDW and we are annual pass holders at Disneyland so we know what to expect.
