1. Second time, the service was very poor (our waitress didn't care and her face was stuck in a permanent scowl), and the dish was average.

5. For years (2005-2009) the Plaza was our home, even though we had to endure screwed up reservations (even on comped offers); non-working ice machines, etc; poor service; bad food; steadily declining conditions with no maintenance.
