Compared to other reviews, there are a lot of inconsistencies from customer service to room quality, but I can only share what I experienced and I hope that others can have the same experience that I did and give the Plaza a chance (for the price, it's worth a try, but don't go expecting Strip quality in a downtown setting because you will be disappointed.
