Of course things are never perfect - the pillows are really uncomfortable (bulbous and hard), elevator mechanical noise is very prominent even though we weren't on the top floor and weren't close to them, the bed has only one thin blanket (triple sheeted), and the old-style through-the-wall climate control unit is the type that goes on and off obtrusively every time it cycles (unless you use the fan-only setting, which is great for white noise to drown out the elevator and street noise).
