2. If the Plaza would promptly address the electronic lock and odor issues, add cocktail waitresses, be more responsive in customer service, and address the layouts on the casino floor and the sportsbook, they might give the Golden Nugget a run for their money at a lesser price point.

3. The reception area is much improved aesthetically but there is still a lingering, funky, sewer-like odor in the reception area, some common areas and the hallways.
