1. After speaking to the manager, we were told that we would not believe how many haridryers are broken by customers and that they can barely keep working ones in stock (first time I have ever heard this from a hotel).

6. How do they let one elevator stay broken for three months? That single elevator is painfully slow so if you are not carrying much, just walk the stairs though it's not the cleanest or safest feeling but it will save you 5 minutes, seriously.
