1. Everyone was nice & pleasant until I met the shift manager on duty he was very unprofessional & rude just because we were winning & having a good time.

2. You get what you pay for, but when you have toilet that will not stop flushing at 12am and the front desk rudely informs you they have no maintenance on site and no rooms (lie cause they gave me another room) very rudely you get less.

4. there was only valet parking in the hotel, the valets are rude when you do not give tip.
