1. So I went downstairs to complain to the front desk, he upgrade us to another room which was a little better than the first room, but still the whole atmosphere of the hotel was spooky, especially the hallways.

3. The hotel casino is very safe, my air conditioning stopped working and I complained to the help desk clerk and immediately he solved the problem, it was 108 degrees that time and in a few minutes it was working again.

4. I've read some reviews that say paper-thin walls, but no one complained when I played my music, so they couldn't have been that bad.

5. For those complaining about the OUTSIDE noise: the last Fremont Street rock video 'light show' typically starts at midnight, and is over by 12:15.
