3. they don't even have queen bed, went with my family asked for two queen bed but gave us two twin bed, itchy bed, feels old, ugly bathroom, everytime i get inside the hotel i get scratches on my body, carpet feel nasty didn't even want to take off my shoes, so i had it on the whole time.
