1. I called the office the next day to try to report our missing belongings and they refuse to acknowledge or return our phone calls so we can only assume they know about they problem and don't care.

7. Neither us or our parents had a problem with the noise level in our rooms, maybe if you are a light sleeper but I can't see it.
