1. Hotel - We were in a room on the 4th floor near the street, so we could definitely hear the music, but like I said, it's not really that loud.

3. You are in your room and the band is in there with you playing as loud as they can.

4. We are night owls in Vegas so by the time we got back to our room after dinner and gambling at 4:30 AM the noise on Fremont was gone, but cut to 4 hours later and the music was back playing over loud speakers.
