1. Since we were on the fourth floor, we decided to walk down -- but the entrance to the first floor is emergency exit only, so there is no option besides the slow elevators -- I'm not exaggerating when I say we waited more than five minutes sometimes for them.

10. Stayed in Tower 2, but met some folks staying in Tower 1 and they had a very similar room to ours, so not sure if they are slowly renovating that side as well.
