1. We all no housekeeping is toughest job in world 'bless them' but really this bad .

5. (fun place for your kids if you have kids) The shopping level is kind of like a bad abandoned mall in the smallest town you've ever been, the hotel website talks a lot about the shopping level - but once you arrive, theres about four stores and there not good ones.

7. Don't waste your money on an upgraded room because it was as bad as the standard room the only difference is the TV.

10. Not a bad hotel but we found our room on the 23rd floor of tower 2 to be a playground for kids at nighttime as they thought holding up the elevators was funny.
