1. There were about 5x we were not able to use their shuttle because: it's still at the airport picking-up a guest, or the tire broke down, or it won't be back soon.

9. (Don't take the tip if your not going to do the work)Slot machine I was playing broke and when we asked for help it took 45 minutes to get someone to fix it (2 attendents were busy talking to each other) the one that did fix it took one minute but had to come from the other side of the casino.

10. If you want a pool thats under construction for the entire summer ( something that was planned to be finished for this summer), TVs that don't work, drains that back up and AC that's broke, this is the place for you.
