3. there was a very long line for the elevators (only 3 of 4 worked), we got up to the hotel room and it was so outdated we immediately wanted to upgrade.

10. First appearance of the room reminds you of the 70's, quite outdated and even though I requested non-smoking I am not convinced that is what we got but we were not disappointed overall; especially for the price and location.
