1. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are lacking only slightly but added to the poor service we received, I wouldn't stay here again.

7. So I had to re explain everything again to a poor English speaking lady at security who vaugly understood what I as asking then took my 'information' and said she will call my room in a few after she sends someone down.
