1. The layout of the building is so confusing, the hard bed, & the noise was just irritating,,just made it the worst hotel I have ever been to.

5. The carpet was tacky, the beds (full-size not queens) were extremely low to the ground and hard, the alarm clock's faceplate was peeling off, you could hear footsteps above, tvs from the neighboring rooms and every conversation from the hallway.

7. The only negative point i have with the palace is the same i have with evey place in vegas is that it is hard to find nice food as we are both vegetarian but when i told the chef at the buffet he was helpful and polite.

9. The service at the buffet deserves extra recognition and appreciation as they all worked very hard and anticipated my needs and even remembered my drink order from the day before.
