1. The other bad thing is that my prepaid tower room was switched to a courtyard room because of overbooking.

5. Is there management or security that does a walk through to monitor these things? As if that wasn't bad enough, the following day there was an off again-on again power failure which made it impossible for my friend and I in the casino.
