1. The only negative point i have with the palace is the same i have with evey place in vegas is that it is hard to find nice food as we are both vegetarian but when i told the chef at the buffet he was helpful and polite.

2. The only thing negative are the courtyard rooms - they need to have a complete renovation of the entire part of the Hotel.

3. We had one negative experience for breakfast in the Grand Cafe dining room by SLOW AND INATTENTIVE waitstaff, but that was the ONLY problem during our four-day stay.
