1. The dealers were just as rude, didn't act like they wanted your business.

2. The check in staff was very rude, the room smelled because the AC was motion sensored, the pool was very small with limited sitting chairs, and the room was very old fashion, big tv, small, low bed even though we were in the Mardi Gra tower, limited slots, older slots, and expired coupons.
