1. The staff were all very helpful and efficient (bell staff, waitress, check in associates) The situation with the air conditioning, as others have commented on was a bit inconvenient, but I can understand they need to do what they can to keep the costs down.

4. First, we couldn't check in until 4:30pm, which is extremely inconvenient when you have your bags with you (they'll store them for $10 per bag.
