1. OUr maid service was nice and came by just after check in to correct a mistake that they had made earlier on the day, (we wouldn't have noticed the mistake) Be aware that very few suites have wifi, even at a price, they only offer WIRED internet at $12/day.

3. I understand mistakes happen, but the manager didn't come and apologize nor did we get any type of reduction on our bill.

5. pros: found a good price, right on The Strip, Toby Keith's Barcons: the pool was atrociously crowded and pool service was bad, the room was really really really old-ish, wonderful alley viewI will not stay here again- there are too many choices to make this mistake again.

9. Great place from check in to leaving -- Booked a classic room with comps and paid an additional 10 dollars a night for strip view -- That was our only mistake -- was not really a view and could have saved 50 dollars -- Room was very clean and quiet - Was there for five nights of March Madness.
