1. They finally fixed the problem but said my room wasn't ready and to come back in an hour but I wouldn't have to wait in check in line just come to the end of the counter.

3. Other than that which took about 1 1/2 hours to check in and kinda correct the problem, the staff was pleasant and the resort itself is nice.

5. After an initial check in problem that was more associated with booking the accomodation package with Luxbus & the reception staff having no idea what the reservation was about, we enjoyed our stay there.

9. Just plan on waiting for most everything Only down side is a noisy fan and A/C but I always travel with a sound machine and never have a problem.
