1. The hotel does look a little worn in spots, especially some areas of the carpeting, but overall it was fine and the room was very clean.

Except for the noise, the room was reasonably comfortable - however, the furniture was a bit worn, the thermostat inconsistent requiring repeated readjustment, one lamp had a faulty switch and had to be unplugged to be turned off, all of the faucets were caked with mineral deposits, and there was black fuzzy stuff growing in the cracks between bathroom tiles.
