6. Directions to the Lobby & check-in are very poorly signposted, and when you do finally find your way to the casino, you'll find the check-in desks are actually underneath the casino down some escalators, but again poorly signed.

10. Can you say 'shock hazard'? When I reported these issues to the front desk, the ony ones that were address the next day were the broken phone and the mold, thought that was only done poorly.
