1. Just horrible for a hotel that has Thousands of people staying in it at any given time and it is freezing, water couldn't have been any warmer than 60 degrees.

5. horrible customer service and unwilling to make it right for this very frequent vegas visitor, I'll never stay here again and neither will anyone from our company after I tell them what happened.

(proabaly why it was stuffy &musty smelling in the room) Ate at planet dailies once (horrible, see my review) the buffet for brunch ( a bit overpriced for the actual quality) and ordered room service twice (really good pizza) however they don't mention they slap an extra $5 hotel fee and %18 gratuity on top of the already ridiculous room service prices.

7. Let me start by saying, the shower heads in ALL of the rooms-even the upgraded ones--are horrible--they are like sprinkling your garden a bit.
