1. To top it off, my room was missing a floor lamp and a second phone, the blinds were broken, there was no refrigerator and no cabinets for clothing.

4. The overall size (our room was an upgrade due to a friend's comps) was large and the bathroom had a separate large tub, shower and two sinks but overall linens, etc looked old and a cabinet door was broken off in main room.

Went to Lobby and was told 'lock broken' and would need to replace lock which takes long time, and was offered another room which i declined, and I accepted two free drinks brought to the room ( the room that i could not get into), I decided to wait for the mechanic to come to the room and so I waited outside the door of my room.

7. The television was broken and would mute itself after about 20 minutes, we would have to turn it off and on a few times for it to work again.

8. Our only complaints: 1-opening the shade to see the lovely strip view was awkward due to the chair & lamp placement in front of the window (additionally our shade was broken, so that made it even more awkward.

9. Can you say 'shock hazard'? When I reported these issues to the front desk, the ony ones that were address the next day were the broken phone and the mold, thought that was only done poorly.

10. There was black mold in the shower stall, a missing door on the closet/drawers/console, a broken lamp on the desk, the phone on the desk did not work, varoius 'accent' lights in the room did not work.
