4. We weren't disappointed at all and both trips were incredible experiences,only made possible by the excellent organisation of Heli USA for the GC trip and Pink Jeep for the HD excursion.

8. We did get an upgrade but we did have to pay, we were told we received a deal, however, it was disappointing to us that we had to pay when other customers were given free upgrades during the same week.
