1. We found most of the 'customer facing' staff, however, to be not all that helpful, and in some cases a little rude, compared to other places we've stayed.

7. However, caveat emptor, do not book a hotel package through Allegiant Air without the insurance (which, given the rudeness & ineptness of their customer service agents, I would be skeptical of, as well.
