1. They need to have a better craps area, it's crowded and hard to get on, and had one of the two with a $500 minimum.

5. I guess housekeeping and room service are 2 separate departments but you would think at the very least housekeeping would let them know about all the crap (trays, glasses, carts) left laying about all day.
