1. The only problem we had was the safe didn't work, fortunately nothing was stolen.

3. - the casino itself is a bit dated, especially when compared to some of the other grander resorts but this wasn't really a problem for me as I wasn't really there to gamble.

10. The biggest problem was no coffee pot in the room for my husband who had to be at the convention very early, or for me when I would prefer to have coffee while getting dressed and watching the morning news.
