1. downsides would be;- No minibar/fridge- Spacious room but stingily appointed, could have used a lounge suite- Old CRT TV is out of dateHowever I maintain the 5 star rating given the value evident with the location being top notch, right in the middle of the strip, and the amazing view.

3. The only downside is the idea that we still have to pay for Internet service (it's free at much less expensive hotels), and for someone to print our boarding passes (we waited until the airport).

7. The only downside I can think of is that the parking garage is a long way away from the south tower, but in Vegas, what hotel's garage isn't a long way away? For us this wasn't an issue, but for some it may be.
