2. To wrap up the story, I guess I picked the wrong line because everyone BEHIND me checked in sooner than myself, I was late to my meeting, and generally ticked off.

5. When we later looked at the tickets to be sure of show time we found they were for the wrong night; we went back to conceriege, who was willing to get us different tickets but would NOT return our money - even though it was less than an hour later.
