1. The rooms were clean, but by the 2nd night 2 people in our party were complaining of itching on thier arms and legs.

I am from Australia and stayed at the Mirage from april 2nd-april 9th, i got a non smoking floor, level 21 and people were smoking in their rooms complained to staff but nothing was done, bathroom was dirty, room service knocked on the door even though the privacy sign was on the door, check in was quick but i didnt find the staff to be that nice at all.
