1. I am from Australia and stayed at the Mirage from april 2nd-april 9th, i got a non smoking floor, level 21 and people were smoking in their rooms complained to staff but nothing was done, bathroom was dirty, room service knocked on the door even though the privacy sign was on the door, check in was quick but i didnt find the staff to be that nice at all.

9. fortunately when we got to our room it was the room i requested, the room was dirty but remodeled, and a great view, except you could hardly see out the windows due to the filth, tv remote did not work well, ac was weak, a little hot, and bathtub did not have a drain plug.

We tried Ceasars buffet one night thinking that it would be even better than the Mirage - it didn`t come close - they had a quarter of the selection that the Mirage offered and one thing that really put me off there was the guy who was putting out clean plates was holding them to his very dirty shirt, looked like they`d just picked him up off the street.
