1. When we got back to our room later that day there was a bottle of champagne on ice by way as apology for the poor treatment that we received, I have to say that it was a nice touch.

7. With the city center debacle of poor cost management, poor construction, a bad idea in the first place, it seemed to have sucked the life and air out of the Mirage property as all efforts and majority of staff was moved to the city center.
