2. Apparently the $100 credit was a mistake, should have been $50, but since I made printouts of the web page that showed the $100 credit, they honored it with no problem.

4. she calls me back 5 minutes later to tell me she made a mistake, i cant give you a late checkout, so i said ok put me someplace else in the hotel, they said sold out, remind you this is in the slowest time in vegas.

5. To compound matters, when we went back down to the front desk, the staff did not appear the least bit alarmed that such a grave mistake had been made, and blithely issued us keys to another room.

6. Service was poor at Ceasar`s, we only got the one soft drink and weren`t offered any re-fills and Ceasars is the the same price as the Mirage - so won`t be making that mistake again.

7. We had really wanted to go to the Grand Canyon whilst we there and thought it wouldn`t be a problem booking once we had arrived, big mistake, wish I had booked on line before I went.
