2. Front desk,housekeeping and casino beverage servers are very nice, but the server we had at Magnolias was rude beyond belief and the food just so so.

4. I would like to mention Jennifer for her particular rudeness when my husband complained about receiving a slightly damaged $10 note at the hotel and she refused not only to accept the note (a tiny bit at the corner of the note was missing) but also to offer any sort of assistance.

5. The staff at check in goes from unfriendly to unbelievably rude, besides being completely scruffy-looking and not at all groomed.

6. The front desk staff is terribly rude, and tried to charge me twice for my hotel room and deposit.

7. My only complaint was the surprise that we would be charged $3 to park there, which was not disclosed to us when we booked the room and the lady at registration was kind of rude and unapologetic about it which makes me think they get alot of complaints about it.

9. When we arrived at the room the windows were so thin i felt like i was standing in the main street and not my hotel room, i called down and asked to be moved and the same rude receptionist told us to comeback down and hung the phone up on me.
