1. Granted, I should have realized the ACMs were the weekend of my stay, but the noise was a bit ridiculous.

Had never stayed downtown so wanted to give it a go, especially as my first night coincided with a huge gig at the MGM so the strip was ridiculously priced and I got a room on the hotels web site for $69 I had low expectations but was happily surprised that check in was cheery and quick if impersonal.

7. Everything was wonderful staff was nice you could use a better valet system and please don't make the guests of your hotel have to pay for parking that was ridiculous that is the one reason I will not be staying at your hotel.
