1. I have only 2 complaints (not everything is perfect) - the hide-a-bed mattress was super uncomfortable; my nephew never got a good nights' sleep; and the work-out room had no weights and the equipment seemed a little bit too used.

4. The hotel offers a free breakfast and happy hour in the lobby area -- the layout of that area creates an inefficient traffic flow when there is a crowd of people and the seating is rather uncomfortable when it is available.
