1. Sizeable car park so no issue on parking.

7. We had to call in maintenance issues no less than 3 times, I don't think i've called maintenance 3 times total in my life.

I have no real complaints, only minor issues I mention here for the sake of completeness: the elevator and the lobby had a funny smell; the TVs were not flat screen; and at night, that short walk to or from the Strip is quite desert (I was there in December, I suppose it may be different in the high season).

10. Maintenance seems to be an issue, our heat didn't work (thus the move to another room on the 2nd day), ice maker didn't work (or was just empty) for all 3 days(this is a pain, there is only 1 icemaker per building, on the bottom floor.
