Our only complaint was the rude Europeans who would push you out of the way to get to a bagel (they would also take enough food back to the rooms to hold them over for the winter) and who would go out to the pool at 8am and grab up all the lounge chairs even though they wouldn't return to the pool until hours later.

8. There was a nasty lady checking in before me, she was beyond rude, she was incredibly hateful and condescending when the front desk help was overly helpful and very nice and kind.

9. FINALLY, fed up with his rudeness, he had to leave for a bathrooom break or something, there was a younger, much nicer guy who was serving and just as the older, ruder guy came back i gave the younger guy a $20 tip right in the rude guys face.

10. Guests are supposed to get complimentary beer and wine and the man who was serving me and my friend gave us dirty looks and made a rude comment, about how we should be tipping him or something, whenever we would go for seconds.
