1. Minor complaints when everything else was so fantastic.

2. I have only 2 complaints (not everything is perfect) - the hide-a-bed mattress was super uncomfortable; my nephew never got a good nights' sleep; and the work-out room had no weights and the equipment seemed a little bit too used.

7. Only complaint was that the inside rooms are dark so ask for one facing the outside or the pool, NOT the inner courtyard area which was a bit depressing staring at hotel walls and walkways.
