1. However before we travelled I was shocked to read about the credit card fraud so on arrival I said I would rather not hand over my credit card details.

2. I was shocked the way the desk help talked to people waiting as they were rude and made it sound as the problem was the fault of the guest.

3. I't's held right in the middle of the lobby, the food is shocking and in order to reduce costs (I guess) the management provide nowhere to eat properly, no trays and flimsy plastic plates.

We was totally shocked when we actually arrived thought as the desert rose was amazing and after going into a few of the big hotel/casino`s we knew we had got the better deal where accomodation was concerned as in the larger hotel`s you only got a room with your bed and a bathroom, where as our apartment had everythink and more .
